For mine and my dad’s birthday we were having a little family dinner. When I was thinking what to do for it I realized the olympics were starting that night! Ah ha! Russian food it is! As for color, why not bring in Pantone’s color of the year, Radiant Orchid and really have some fun!

As for food, Beef Stroganoff, Caviar, and Moscow Mules with copper mugs (again from New England Country Rentals) and even a Russian potato salad recipe!
