For part of a work trip my fab designer Jill and I got to jaunt off to Amsterdam on our way home.  Neither of us had been and it was so cool, such fun interior stores, we had a blast!

One place I wanted to check out and sad we missed was The Exchange. It just opened this February and had we the time we totally would have made a stop!

we had some fun but we got a lot of work done too.  One thing I must recommend, the PANCAKES!  These are not your average syrup variety, the Dutch will have them as lunch.  They fill them with all sorts of fun stuff like speck (ham), cheese, leeks and mushrooms.  If you see this sign:
