Thanksgiving arrangement

Happy Thanksgiving!
Every year at my parents house I’m in charge of coming up with the tablescape. It’s always something I end up pulling out of the gardens with what hasn’t faded off from frost yet. However now that we have our own home I inspired to do my own little version to celebrate so I raided my mom’s garden early. I will no doubt do her table for the big day but wanted to share my own home’s festive attire.

What got me going was how her hydrangeas had turned in the cold weather and that she had lost a lot of evergreen boughs in the recent storms. The colors are perfect for our living room with beautiful greens of the evergreen add great movement in the branches paired with a range of subtle wine and mauve tones in the hydranges. A few loose grasses as an accent and we’re done!
